On Sunday, August 24th, we partnered with The 224 EcoSpace to host our Building Bright Futures Block Party. A day dedicated to uplifting students, families, and our community as we prepare for the new school year.
The event was filled with excitement and connection. Families received free backpacks and school supplies, students enjoyed fresh haircuts, and everyone indulged in sweet treats and fun activities. It was more than just an event, it was a reminder of what we can accomplish when we come together in support of one another.
We are incredibly grateful for the support of our sponsors and partners – Hope City CDC, Just Fish, our vendors, volunteers, and our dedicated team members, for their generous contributions and hard work in making this event possible.
And of course, a very special thank you to Hopewell Baptist Church for graciously opening their grounds to host this celebration.
Together, we are proud to be building bright futures for our students and families. This event was only possible because of the commitment and care of our community and we’re so excited for all that’s ahead.
