Important changes to HEDCO’s customer portal starting

HEDCO is in the process of transitioning to a new customer portal that will allow us to serve you even better.  During the transition, the old system will still be in place and you will let you know when you can start using the new system.  If you have applied for a loan or have closed a loan after October 1, 2022, you will need to log into the new system to see your account.  If your loan was closed before October 1, 2022, you will continue to log in as before using your existing credentials.  You will get notified when we have migrated your account to the new system.
